The Groups

In our daycare center, we have both U3 and Ü3 groups, tailored to the different needs of the children. The U3 Squirrel Group provides a loving environment with special care for the youngest, while the Ü3 Field Mouse Group promotes independence and social development for older children. Through age-appropriate educational approaches and targeted support, we create an optimal environment for every child.

For the educational work in the groups, five full-time positions (one for the trainee) and two part-time positions are available.
Our volunteer service staff enriches and supports our work.
Our daycare manager is actively involved in the work with the children in the Field Mouse Group.
To also fulfill the demanding management tasks, she is partially exempted from group work.

The team is also supported by a cook and a caretaker.
