Pedagogical Action

In our pedagogical action, we orient ourselves towards the situation-oriented approach according to Armin Krenz.

We want to educate and accompany people who, based on a developed respect for life and a sense of equality,
have skills for mutual understanding, creativity, and problem-solving.
We want to shape young people who can later make a contribution to the common wish of all people for peace and the protection of nature.

In doing so, we accept every child appreciatively and take into account the respective life and educational situation.
Every child receives support for the greatest possible independence and self-activity in order to strengthen self-efficacy.
We encourage the children to develop and expand their physical and mental abilities and skills.

We support, challenge, encourage, guide, comfort, strengthen, motivate, integrate, give closeness and patience,
show consistency, observe, document, and accompany every child on their personal path.
